Money Orders, Bank Cashiers Checks, and Wire Transfers are favored, VISA - M-Card, and Paypal. N O T I C E -due to Card Co.'s NEW REGULATIONS.. -- CREDIT CARD transactions are (of course) subject to OUR approval. WE ARE NOT THE TYPE OF "SALES-PEOPLE" you are probably accustomed to (and irritated by). We "shoot straight", LOVE what we do, and we LOVE what we have to offer. We WANT you to be happy! We WANT you to come back! All prices are firm unless we say otherwise (don't be afraid to ask, just NO WHINING). INTERNATIONAL CARD TRANSACTIONS can not be accepted unless you are in the shop. They can be processed through bank transfer, or sometimes Paypal. ALL VISA and MASTERCARD transactions are accepted upon approval by us. Other cards MAY be possible, but it's OUR CHOICE. You may ask for a 24 hold if need be (deposit usually required).Return Policies
24 hr approval on non-new guitars, unless it is a lay-away / hold, OR trades / price modifications are involved. Negotiating on this is possible. The latter applies to domestic shipping ONLY. NEW Guitars, all Amps, pedals, etc. have no approval period unless agreed upon in advance. Items are shipped as soon as humanly possible, but may be subject to delays caused by check and/or online payment delays. Instruments returned must be received in the SAME condition as received by purchaser, and contact MUST be made within 24 hours. Also, the return shipping process MUST begin within a total of 48 hours of contacting us. We have nearly NO returns; we are VERY honest and thorough! Item must be shipped back the SAME way it was shipped out in SAME carton and packing material and FULLY insured. Upon our examination; your refund will be sent or processed.Shipping Policies
